Smart Pelican Personal Phone AI

Optional private SMS chat and caller alerts, operated by Smart Pelican Technologies Group, LLC.

How to opt in

Sign in to the private portal using your configured owner number, open Settings → Text messages, choose SMS chat and optionally caller alerts, check the consent box below and save. The box starts unchecked. Only the verified owner number can enroll or use this private service. SMS is optional and is not required to use web chat or voice.

Receive SMS from Smart Pelican Personal Phone AI at your verified owner number: private AI chat replies and caller alerts, including while a caller waits. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unanswered caller alerts follow your Call handling settings, callback permissions and availability. SMS is not guaranteed or an emergency service. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

The portal asks you to affirm: “I agree to receive these optional text messages at my verified owner number.”

SMS program terms

By opting in, you request AI assistant replies and service alerts about calls to your configured line. There are no promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your conversations and incoming calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS. After stopping, you can re-enable an existing enrollment with START or manage it in the authenticated portal. Reply HELP for assistance, or email yuriy.fomenko@smartpelican.com.

A caller alert can be answered by SMS or through the web chat. Call-specific codes protect against sending a reply to the wrong waiting caller. Typed replies require a preview and confirmation before playback. Expired codes cannot affect an ended call. Unanswered alerts may fall back to a phone call only under your separate callback permission and current call-handling settings.

SMS delivery and response times depend on carriers and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This pilot is for the configured adult owner’s personal US line and is not an emergency service. It does not support arbitrary texts to other recipients.

SMS privacy

We store your verified owner number, SMS enrollment and withdrawal records, messages, and delivery status to provide private chat and call handling. Twilio processes text delivery; OpenAI processes permitted AI conversations and bounded summaries; Render hosts the application and PostgreSQL database. Private message history and private voice transcriptions follow this phone space’s private assistant retention setting, from 1 to 180 days. Older AI context is summarized without replacing the original messages. Source deletion also removes search documents and embeddings. Call transcripts/details and call audio have separate per-space retention settings, also from 1 to 180 days. New phone spaces default to seven days for each; existing spaces keep their settings.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers process information only to operate this service. Consent evidence is retained separately to honor opt-out requests. Stop SMS with STOP or through Settings → Text messages; private AI processing and callback permissions can be withdrawn separately in Settings → Permissions.
