ReadyChoose what you want to hear about and what you prefer to refuse. Group people, names, pets, organizations, things, events or topics under one action; an entry can override its group.
Names and alternate phrases match whole words, ignoring case and accents. A number can also match, but caller ID and names are claims, not proof of identity. The AI checks whether a match relates to the actual request. The first relevant group wins, then its first relevant entry. Put more specific rules above broad ones. Up to 15 groups, 100 entries in total, and 8 alternate phrases per entry.
Try my phone respects your availability, pauses, blocks and call limits, and still requires your keypad acceptance. If you cannot be reached, it takes a message. Refusal is polite; use Block number for a silent drop. The caller is never told your private list or relationships. Rules are shared by real calls and portal tests.
Try a rule without making a call
This checks phrase and number matches in the current form. During a call, the AI also checks context and ignores unrelated or negated topics. Save rules to apply them to calls. No phone call or AI request is made.
Info from owner
Information you deliberately share with your representative for every caller of this phone workspace, including test calls and hidden numbers. Private notes and chats stay separate. Your rules still control call handling.

Try your AI representative
Voice or textSpeak or type from this browser as another caller. The simulated number helps you test caller memory; it is never used as a caller ID on the phone network. Reuse a number to test memory; choose a new test caller when pretending to be a different person.

Apple screening depends on whether the test caller number is unsaved and your current screening settings. If forwarding reaches the AI, press 1 here after its disclosure and speak as the caller. You can then accept or decline its callback on your iPhone. Forwarded AI conversations appear as test calls.
Any voicemail you leave is real. Each test is limited to 10 minutes; one full phone test can run at a time.
Browser notifications
Optional, generic notifications for callers waiting for your decision and useful call results. Opening a notification opens the relevant private call; it never joins or turns on your microphone.

On iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen, then open that icon and enable here. Browser push does not provide native incoming-call screens or reliable locked-screen audio. Phone/SMS fallback continues using your existing permissions, availability and timeouts.
History & retention
Choose how long this phone space keeps full content. Original content accepts 1 to 180 days. Returning-caller evidence accepts up to 120 days and recent text up to 14 days.

Personal and Business are labels for now. Mode changes save immediately.
Add another phone
Verify another phone to create its own space with separate settings, calls and conversations.
Contacts
Import your iPhone address book to show saved names and a “Contact” badge on matching real calls, including past calls. Caller-provided names stay visible separately. Saved contacts are exempt from automatic blocking. Importing removes existing automatic blocks for these numbers; manual blocks stay in place.
Export contacts from iPhone
- Open Contacts and tap Lists.
- Touch and hold the list you want, then choose Export.
- Include names and phone numbers, tap Done, and choose Save to Files.
- Choose the saved .vcf file below.
The file is read in your browser. Only names and phone numbers are saved in your private portal; photos, email, addresses and notes are omitted. Re-import after editing your address book. Local 10-digit numbers use +1 (US/Canada); international numbers need their country code.
Otherwise, this import adds new numbers and updates matching names. Replace removes saved numbers absent from this file. Call history and caller notes stay saved.

May be offered in Take messages availability. Pauses, message-only periods/calendar events, closed hours and call limits still apply. Caller ID alone does not verify identity.

Add or edit a number here, or mark it from Calls or Callers. Changes save immediately. Moving a number to one list removes it from the other.
Blocked numbers
Calls drop without a greeting, AI conversation or recording. Blocking also ends an active caller conversation and its private callback.
Numbers that give no keypad response and stay for at least 29 seconds at the initial prompt are added automatically. Numbers in your imported contacts are exempt. Pressing 2 or hanging up sooner does not block a number. You can remove any number below.
